The Legal Stuff

As you know, North Country Co-op ceased active operations in November 2007.
The Board of Directors met on October 23, 2009 and concluded that it is in the best interests of the Co-op, and its creditors and members, to liquidate and dissolve the Co-op.
We invite you to a special meeting of the members on Monday, December 14, 2009 at 6:30 pm at

Walker Community Church
3104 16th Ave S.
Minneapolis, MN

The purpose of the meeting is to consider and vote on the disposition of the remaining property and the dissolution of the Co-op. It is very important that we achieve a quorum at this meeting, so your attendance would be much appreciated.
