Hi Everyone,

I've been admin of the NCC lists. Sorry about the list reminder message,
it's been turned off now. 

I'm not going to shut the list down quite yet. There may be info regarding
sale of the building and loan payment forthcoming. I'm not close to this
so I don't know the exact situation but I'd like to keep the list intact
in case the board sends an update electronically.
